Завдяки плідній співпраці органів прокуратури з представниками Всеукраїнського руху проти політичної корупції «Під контролем» викриваються факти зловживань посадовців при використанні бюджетних коштів.
Так, прокуратурою Дніпропетровської області повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні злочинів, передбачених ч. 2 ст. 364 (зловживання владою або службовим становищем, що спричинило тяжкі наслідки), ч. 1 ст. 366 (службове підроблення) КК України керівнику одного з департаментів Дніпровської міської ради, який безпідставно перерахував більше 2 млн грн бюджетних коштів суб’єктам господарювання за встановлення ліфтів у житлових будинках міста. Під час слідства збитки відшкодовано у повному обсязі.
Крім того, Нікопольською місцевою прокуратурою розпочато досудове розслідування за фактом зловживання службовим становищем посадовими особами Покровської сільської ради, які перерахували приватній фірмі близького 3 млн грн за будівництво спортивного майданчика, незважаючи на те, що роботи не були виконані у повному обсязі.
В ході досудового розслідування повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 367 (службова недбалість) КК України й одному з керівників управлінь Миколаївської облдержадміністрації та інженеру з технічного нагляду.
Так, фактично виконані роботи та використані матеріали не відповідають даним зазначеним у актах приймання виконаних будівельних робіт на суму понад 130 тис грн.
Органами досудового розслідування Київської області 13.02.2017 розпочато кримінальне провадження за фактом розтрати службовими особами Святопетрівської сільської ради бюджетних коштів під час ремонту автодороги місцевого значення. Триває слідство.
Про подальші результати співпраці органів прокуратури та громадських активістів буде інформовано додатково.
