Як повідомила “Українська Правда“, 30 травня співробітники прокуратури та поліції затримали під час отримання 3 тисяч доларів хабаря мера Чоп Закарпатської області Валерія Самардака.
Експерти “Центру громадського моніторингу та досліджень” ще на початку травня цього року виявили порушення Ст. 3, 17 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» при проведенні тендерних закупівель Чопською міською радою на суму 1 096 773,98 грн. Зокрема, при проведенні двох закупівель замовником на вивіз побутових відходів та санітарне прибирання, участь приймали два учасники “КП ЧМР “ЧИСТИЙ ЧОП” – переможець торгів та ТОВ “ЕКОЧОП”. Оскільки засновником КП ЧМР “ЧИСТИЙ ЧОП” є міська рада Чопу (замовник торгів), а одним із засновників ТОВ «ЕКОЧОП» є переможець торгів КП ЧМР “ЧИСТИЙ ЧОП, то вважаємо ймовірним пов’язаність учасників тендеру з замовником, що могло спричинити узгоджені антиконкурентні дії при проведенні торгів як зі сторони учасників, так і зі сторони замовника.
В рамках діяльності Руху проти політичної корупції “Під контролем”, експерти проінформували прокуратуру Закарпатської області про вказані порушення Чопською міською радою, та зокрема міським головою Валерієм Самардаком, який підписував вказані договори. Як бачимо, корупційні діяння не обмежуються тендерами. Будемо слідкувати за цією історією.
