Чортківська міська рада купила позашляховик з порушенням закону

Як повідомляли раніше “Наші Гроші”, Чортківська міська рада в грудні 2016 року за результатами тендеру замовила в ТОВ «Богдан-авто Тернопіль» автомобіль вартістю 725 400,00 грн. (з ПДВ).

 Згідно інформації в системі «ProZorro», автомобіль має мати такі характеристики: тип привода-повний; об’єм двигуна-1999; паливо-бензин; коробка передач-6ти ступенева автоматична; потужність(кВт/к.с. при об/хв)-155/6200 к.с./об.м; обертальний момент (Н-м при об./хв.-19,6 кг*м при 4000 об/хв.; максимальна швидкість (км/год)-181; розгін до 100 км, сек.-11,1; розмір шин – 225/60 R 17/7.0J X 17″

Чортківська міська рада  провела тендер на закупівлю за предметом «Автомобілі пасажирські (код ДК 021:2015 – 34110000-1 Легкові автомобілі) Hyundai Tucson або еквівалент» (номер UA-2016-11-16-001397-a). За результатами даного тендеру замовник уклав угоду з Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «Богдан-Авто Тернопіль».

Конкурентами «Богдан-авто Тернопіль» у відкритих торгах були ПАТ «Тернопільавто», а також ТОВ «Автоцентр Суми». Найдешевшу пропозицію на тендер було подано ПАТ «Тернопільавто», проте дана пропозиція була відхилена замовником через невідповідність вимогам тендерної документації.

Експерти «Центру громадського моніторингу та досліджень» детально проаналізували цю закупівлю, виявили ряд суттєвих порушень та оскаржили її в органах Держаудитслужби та Управління захисту економіки Нацполіції. Очікуємо на реагування.

Нагадаємо, раніше експерти Центру громадського моніторингу та досліджень домоглись розірвати договір на купівлю позашляховака Івано-Франківською обласною радою.
