Експерти довели порушення у закупівлях Бережанського лісомисливського господарства на суму 1 123 500 грн.

За інформацією веб-порталу з питань державних закупівель, ДП «Бережанське лісомисливське господарство» уклало наступні угоди:
– 07 червня 2016 року за результатами переговорної процедури закупівлі (оголошення №129378, ВДЗ №108 від 08.06.2016р.) з Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю «Союзмаркет» на закупівлю дроту обв’язувального. Вартість угоди складає 220 000 грн. (без ПДВ).
– 10 червня 2016 року за результатами переговорної процедури закупівлі (оголошення №132401, ВДЗ №112 від 14.06.2016р.) з Приватним підприємством «БЛІКС» на закупівлю послуг лісозаготівлі. Вартість угоди складає 903 500 грн. (без ПДВ).

Однак дані неконкурентні закупівлі замовником було здійснено без наявності підстав до застосування. Підставою проведення переговорних процедур закупівель Бережанське лісомисливське господарство зазначило: «замовником було двічі відмінено процедуру закупівлі через відсутність достатньої кількості учасників». Однак після перевірки даної інформації не веб-порталі було виявлено, що у раніше проведених процедурах закупівель була достатня кількість учасників, закупівлі відмінялись з інших підстав.

“Центр громадського моніторингу та досліджень” скерував звернення щодо виявлених порушень у контролюючі та правоохоронні органи. Західний офіс Держаудитслужби підтвердив виявлені порушення та зобов’язав замовника вжити заходів щодо усунення порушень та притягнення до відповідальності осіб, які їх допустили. Бережанським лісомисливським господарством повідомлено, що фінансово-господарські операції з ТОВ «Союзмаркет» припинені, а договір з ТОВ «Блікс» розірвано.
